Refund Policy

Full readings
Full BaZi readings are personalized digital content generated from your birth details. Once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable.
If a paid reading fails to generate, your payment remains valid and you can retry generating the same reading at no additional charge.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, payment processor errors, or extended generation failures that prevent you from accessing purchased content. Contact support for assistance.
Question credits
If a question answer fails to generate, the question credit is automatically returned to your account balance. Successfully generated answers are non-refundable.
Blocked questions (medical, legal, investment, privacy-invasive, or otherwise outside Mingora's scope) do not consume credits.
How to request a refund
For refund inquiries, email support@mingora.app. Include your account email, order details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
