Why the Day Master matters
In BaZi, the Day Master is the reference point for the rest of the chart. Other elements are interpreted in relation to it, which is why the same element can mean different things for different people. Fire, for example, does not carry the same role in every chart. Its meaning depends on the Day Master it is interacting with.
