What we collect

Mingora collects the information needed to create and manage BaZi readings: account email, optional display name, birth date, birth time when provided, birth city, timezone and location coordinates selected from the city picker, generated reading content, share-card content, orders, and question records.

We also store technical information required to operate the service, such as authentication records, activity logs, payment status, and error or generation status for readings and questions.

Relationship readings may include birth details, a first name or nickname, and generated chart information for a second person. You should only provide another person's birth details when you have permission to use them for this purpose.

Analytics and cookies

Mingora uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, referral sources, page usage, reading-funnel activity, and purchase conversion. Google Analytics may process cookie or device identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, page URLs, referrers, and the analytics events you trigger while using the site.

Mingora does not send birth dates, birth times, birth cities, account email addresses, question text, or generated reading content to Google Analytics. Purchase events include an order identifier, product type, currency, and amount so that we can measure conversion and revenue without sending payment-card details.

How we use information

We use your information to calculate your BaZi chart, generate free previews and paid full readings, answer reading-bound follow-up questions, process payments, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and improve Mingora.

Birth details are used to generate personalized readings. They are not shown on public share pages or downloaded share cards.

A second person's birth details are used only to create and manage the relationship reading. Mingora does not use those details to contact that person or create a marketing profile for them.

Sharing and public pages

Mingora may create a public share page for a reading profile card. Public share pages and share images are designed to show only safe profile-style information, such as the profile title, Day Master label, short description, traits, and Mingora branding.

Public share cards do not include birth date, birth time, birth city, full reading content, private questions, or answers.

Relationship share cards are limited to nicknames or initials and a short neutral relationship insight. They do not expose either person's birth details or full relationship reading.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Mingora stores order records and payment status, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing, and AI generation. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, reading, order, and question records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain payment records, resolve support issues, and meet legal or operational requirements.

You can delete individual readings where deletion is available. Deleting a reading hides related share access and removes it from your account view. You may also request account deletion from the Account page.
